About CLE Guitar Works

CLE Guitar Works is a one-person shop based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, run by me — Josh Gaunt, a touring guitar tech with over two decades of hands-on experience. I’ve been professionally repairing guitars since 2002 and touring full-time with major artists since 2006.

Over the years, I’ve worked behind the scenes with acts like Bruno Mars (since 2019), Justin Bieber, Extreme (Nuno Bettencourt), Hillsong United, The Fray, Train, Mateus Asato, Silk Sonic, and many others — fixing gear, building rigs, and keeping shows running night after night.

CLE Guitar Works operates as an official DBA under Roadie Rumble LLC, a registered Ohio business. All payments, transactions, and banking are securely handled under that name.

Every wiring harness is built by hand here in Ohio using premium, road-tested components I’ve trusted on some of the biggest stages in the world. This isn’t mass production — it’s studio-grade gear, made by someone who actually does this for a living.

You might notice I use different versions of the CLE logo across packaging and listings. That’s intentional — I enjoy experimenting with design and branding — but everything you see is part of the same company. CLE Guitar Works is me.

This site is focused on selling custom wiring harnesses and parts. For guitar repair services in the Cleveland area, I maintain a separate service site hosted at www.cleguitarworks.com that helps manage in-person booking, shop policies, and local customer communication. Eventually, I plan to consolidate everything under one domain to avoid confusion — but for now, I separate sales and service to keep things clean and organized.

Lead Times & Shipping

Because everything is handmade to order, most harnesses ship within 5–10 business days. That window allows time to build, test, and package your kit with the attention it deserves. Some specialty components — like Jupiter Silver Foil capacitors or other premium parts — may occasionally delay shipping by a few days depending on stock levels.

That said, I’m always working to streamline the process and stock more of the most-requested parts. If you’re wondering why your order isn’t out the door the next day, it’s probably because I’m either soldering, on the road, or waiting on a fresh batch of caps to arrive. Not Amazon fast — but it’ll be worth it.
